The Healthcare Quality & Compliance Group has over 85 combined years of experience in Quality Improvement, Safety, Risk Management and Compliance. The Healthcare Quality and Compliance group provides healthcare facilities and physician practices with initial and annual on-site assessment of current processes; identify opportunities for improvement; develop and implement process changes; educate staff and provide measurable outcomes data.

We can identify clinical opportunities for improvement that are compliant with Federal and State regulations appropriate for your facility and will help reduce cost while improving care. Our focus is to minimize the probability of events which have adverse physical/psychological effects on patients/staff or result in physical losses to the facility/practice and to promote a commitment to quality improvement, patient and employee safety.

Gathering useful information and comparing them to established benchmarked outcome goals is a very difficult and time consuming task. Turning results into workable action plans that will improve outcomes and reduce costs is even more difficult. Consistent evidenced based review is required to maintain compliance and keep the program on track. The HQCG will work with your in house officers to ensure accurate ongoing measurements in areas including but not limited to adverse event reporting, Joint Commission compliance, clinical documentation and Federal/State regulatory compliance. HQCG monitors key risk indicators required by The Joint Commission, and perform mock surveys as well as periodic audits, and development of a competency baseline.

The HQCG has implemented a web based event reporting system and facility needs assessment. We have an audit tool kit that will review your documentation and compare it to national standards. We also have available Sample standardization guidelines and E-learning modules for clinical and non clinical education.

The Healthcare Quality and Compliance Group processes allow for immediate event notification; increased event reporting; improvement in clinical documentation; decrease in litigation dollars; increased patient safety awareness; standardization and improved efficiency and improved communication among healthcare providers.
